Last Friday Miguel followed through on the consistent trend of dropping a brand new track. This time it is “Come Through and Chill”. The R&B sensation teamed up with North Carolina wordsmith J. Cole, and as expected, it doesn’t disappoint. With a Cole verse opening up the track and one liners throughout like “Been more patient than a Browns fan” and “Know you’ve been on my mind like Kaepernick kneelin’,” Cole follows the traditional path of speaking his mind when it comes to sports, politics and social justice.
The song itself is about staying indoors on a rainy evening after coming into town. This is the newest version of the song which will be off of the upcoming album War & Leisure, set to release on December 1st.
