Toronto’s Adrian Underhill Unveils New R&B Single Produced By Kindness
Toronto native Adrian Underhill delivers a refreshing R&B sound that is the title track off of his album CU Again. The title track, “CU Again”, was even produced by the same producer who has created songs for Solange, Robyn, and Blood Orange.
The music behind “CU Again” uses an array of drowsy, yet feel good instrumentation. On top of that, the song is coupled with well thought out messages. Underhill states, “One thing I really like about this song is that it is left open ended who the song is being sung for. It’s about the universal feeling of missing someone and that could be a platonic or romantic relationship. To me, the song invites you as the listener to also become the singer of the song, the protagonist, to sing along if you have ever felt the feeling of missing somebody that means a lot to you.”
With it’s ambiguous overtones, this track can easily resonate with a majority of Millennial’s who may be missing someone in their life. Listen to “CU Again” in full below now.
